Personalised & Precision Nutrition
Our nutrition plans are completely, 100% individual to you. We base our nutrition plans on the answers that you give in the NuFit form and therefore your nutrition plan is unique to you.
Personal Weekly Overview
Based on the answers that you provided in our NuFit form, we provide an estimate of your activity levels during an average week and an estimate of the calories and nutrition that you require in order to fuel this activity.
We then estimate the number of calories that you require to consume on each day of the week, categorising this as either a low, medium or high fueling demand.
These nutritional demands are matched to your goals, whether you want to lose weight/fat, gain weight, maintain fitness, etc.
Weekly Summary
Based on the calorie requirement estimates, we carefully curate a list of meals for each day of the week that we recommend and that will allow you to achieve your fitness and exercise goals.
We summarise the title of the meal, a brief description of the meal and the number of calories per serving. Finally, recipes are numbered to match the full recipe details which are towards the end of the report.
Recipes can be tailored to suit your preferences.
Recipe List
Each of the recipes that we recommend (4 meals per day, 7 days) are listed in full. You can find the nutrition information, an image of the meal to inspire your cooking, the preparation and cooking time, the number of servings, ingredients and full instructions to prepare the meal.
Recipes have been collated from a wide variety of sources in order to provide the best nutritional content which tastes good and is not difficult to prepare. If you are unhappy with any of the recipes that we provide then please contact us and we will further develop your nutrition plan so that it suits your tastes and preferences.
