A NuFit Nutrition Plan is generated for you based on the answers you provide in our form. The Nutrition Plan will provide you with nutritious recipes which have been calculated for you based on your activity levels, your goals, your BMI and other personal characteristics. The Nutrition Plan breaks down the calorific content of each recommended meal to help you achieve your goals. See our example report for more information.

NuFit is a small company which is owned and operated by experts in health technology, sports science, statistics, biochemistry, genetics and nutrition. We use cutting-edge techologies to assist us in creating your own personalised Nutrition and Exercise Plans so that you can get the most out of them. We completely remove the meal planning stresses from your life.

Follow the "Subscribe" links on our home page depending on the plan you wish to subscribe to, fill in your details and create your subscription. Then we will send your individual, personalised Plans direct to your email inbox. Contact us at support@nufitplan.com at any time and we will be happy to further tailor your Plan in order to suit you.

The only commitment you need is to your nutrition and exercise! You can choose from our one-month rolling subscription or our three-month discounted subscriptions. We will automatically bill you periodically depending on the subscription length that you choose. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts to tie you in to NuFit.
